What did the Romans ever do for us?


Did you know that our garden snail was introduced by the Romans?

Those pesky little blighters were brought here on purpose!   Rolling Eyes   To eat!

Ah ha - to eat! And by golly they are yummy.  Wink

So, every time I crunch on a snail........ with my foot! I'll thank the Romans.
